At Thera, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're committed to making the return and refund process as easy and transparent as possible.


Eligibility for Returns

We gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item must be returned within 60 days of the delivery date

  • Product must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Please note, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable or short shelf-life items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Opened or used health and wellness items (unless defective)

  • Gift cards or promotional bonus items

📦 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@therarelief.shop with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.

  2. Receive Instructions: Our support team will reply with your Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the return address.

  3. Ship the Product: Securely package the item, include any original materials, and ship it using the instructions provided.


🚚 Return Shipping Policy

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • In those cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label for your convenience.


💳 Refund Details

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Partial refunds may be issued if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or missing components not related to shipping.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item:

  1. Return the original using the steps above

  2. Place a new order for your desired product


🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

We’ll issue a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


Late or Missing Refunds

If it’s been more than 7 business days since your refund approval:

  • Check your bank or PayPal account

  • Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary

  • If needed, reach out to us at info@therarelief.shop for further assistance


Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund

  • After 12 hours, orders may already be processing and cannot be canceled
