  • Opened or used health and wellness products (unless defective).
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@therarelief.shop with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our support team will provide you with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  3. Ship the Product: Package the item securely and include all original materials (e.g., manuals, accessories). Use the shipping address provided by our team.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
  • For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refund Policy

Refund Processing:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Partial Refunds:

  • Partial refunds may be granted if returned items show signs of use or damage not caused by shipping.

Shipping Fees:

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please:

  1. Return the original item following the steps above.
  2. Place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • A description of the issue.
  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable).

We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank or PayPal account for pending transactions.
  2. Contact your payment provider, as it may take additional time to process.

Cancellations

Order Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • After 12 hours, cancellations may not be possible as your order will already be in processing.
